Mrs. Felicia's Prayer for Tuesday, August 7, 2012

Dear Heavenly Father,

Thank you for cleansing me from the impurities in my life. Lord, give me a desire to study your word and also give me revelation as I read it, so that I can be changed by your words. I know the Words of God contain life, so help me to live by them. 

I ask you to cleanse my heart from everything that is against your word. Set me free from those things that are evil and keep me from temptation. Thank you for purifying my heart, so that I may see God. 

I ask this in the name of Jesus, your son. Amen.

Mrs. Felicia's Prayer For Wednesday, August 1, 2012

Dear Heavenly Father,

Thank You for Your protection and blessing upon us in this land. Forgive us for the many ways in which we have failed You and sinned against You. Lord, I am reminded of Psalms 20:7 which says, "Some trust in chariots, and some in horses: but we will remember the name of the LORD our God."

Dear Lord, I voice my trust in You, and declare that we shall be delivered as a nation! Bring revival to our land and heal us. Work in my own heart, and give me a more sacrificing spirit that will give up things I want to do and do only Your will. Let revival begin in me.

I ask this in the name of the Lord, Jesus Christ. Amen
