A Word From Mrs. Juanita - "Healing & Deliverance Even From Your Small Irritations"

Hello Everyone,

Psalms 27: 1-6:   v1.  The LORD is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear?  the LORD is the Strength of my life; of whom shall I be afraid?
2: When the wicked, even mine enemies and my foes, came upon me to eat up my flesh, they stumbled and fell. 3: Though an host should encamp against me, my heart shall not fear: though war should rise against me, in this will I be confident. 4: One thing have I desired of the LORD, that will I seek after; that I may dwell in the house of the LORD all the days of my life, to behold the beauty of the LORD, and to enquire in his temple. 5: For in the time of trouble he shall hide me in his pavilion: in the secret of his tabernacle shall he hide me; he shall set me up upon a rock. 6: And now shall mine head be lifted up above mine enemies round about me: therefore will I offer in his tabernacle sacrifices of joy; I will sing, yea, I will sing praises unto the LORD.

There is healing and deliverance if you are battling any type of infirmity. This Word is a two edged Sword and it will drive out every trace of this affliction trying to attach itself to your body, soul, and spirit. Rise up and take your Victory! The Lord, (Word) is your Refuge and Strength! In your day of trouble He will hide you in His Shelter, In"The"secret place, He will set you upon a Rock "(The Rock Jesus!)"  He has already won the battle!  Rise Up and declare and decree, meditate, Consider, and inquire in His temple. Offer Him Sacrifices and Shoutings of Joy!   Yes, Sing Praises to the Lord! The Lord Has Already Done It ! ! !  By Faith Receive it Now!  Glory to God! ! !      Be Blessed.

Father, we lift before You those in the Body of Christ who are suffering persecution as well as those who are in prison from their own beliefs. Father, we Know that You watch over Your Word to Perform it. Therefore, we speak Your Word and establish Your Covenant on this earth. We pray Your Children will receive the Answers needed by the Power of the Holy Spirit.

Thank You Father, for revealing unto Your People the integrity of Your Word and they must be firm in faith against the devil at the onset. You are their Light; their Salvation. Father,You are their Refuge and Stronghold and You hide them in Your Shelter and set them upon a high Rock.  Father, it is Your will they Prosper and be in Good Health -  Even as their soul Prospers, and they shall live in Victory in Jesus Name Amen... Mrs. Felicia's Prayer for Sunday, May 27, 2012

Dear Heavenly Father,

I thank you so much for your mercy on me when I have made wrong choices in my life, out of my own rebellion. Thank you for giving me the eyes to see my folly and repent of it and turn back to You.

Lord, I ask for the grace to continue to walk in wisdom. Help me to be humble when I am corrected, and not to think of myself more highly than I ought to. Let me hear Your words when you speak to me, through whatever means you may use.

Bless all of those who are struggling right now in their lives with things that are difficult. Strengthen those who are weak today, and give them a song in their heart which will be their strength.

Thank you for your forgiveness and mercy!

 In Jesus' mighty Name, Amen

Dear Heavenly Father,

Thank You for teaching me Your Word. Help me to always obey it as I know that You bless all who adhere to Your commandments. Forgive me when I fail You, and give me the grace to forgive those who have offended and sinned against me.

Lord, help me guard my mouth, and not to repeat things that are not edifying to others. Help me to be a peacemaker.

Lord, may I never be guilty of taking a bribe. Lord, may all the gifts I give to others be totally given in love, with no strings attached to them. I do not want to be guilty of expecting someone to return a favor to me because I gave to them. Help us all to live as godly examples before our friends and family.

I ask this in the name of Jesus. Amen.

A Word From Mrs. Juanita - Flag this message "Jehovah-Jireh-The Lord Will See & Provide!"

Good Morning Everyone,

Psalms 17: 8: Keep me as the apple of the eye, hide me under the shadow of thy wings.

God sees and knows all things. Nothing you do is hidden from Him.  God will bring all of His children to spiritual maturity. Do not grumble and complain when in distress or trouble. Cry out to God who sees

Trust that He will Hear and Answer. Consciously commit all your plans to the Lord daily. Do not presume His help if it is uninvited...Selah.

This is part of spiritual maturity.  He will not skip any of the steps in the process and will make sure we complete it.  Take time and rest in His care. Rest is God's nurturing care. Know that He has committed Himself to Care for you, Guide you, and to Bring you to maturity.  God Bless.

Our Father in heaven, we thank You for health and strength, for life and opportunity for service. Receive our gratitude for all your Loving-Kindness to us. O Lord, cleanse us from our sin, and all secrete faults and evil desires.

Father renew in us day by day a right spirit, pure motives and we will give You all the Glory and Honor for giving us this Life You have begun in us. Our Sovereign and loving God who sees All, how Glorious is Your name in all the world!  Sanctify us this and every day by Your Word we pray in Jesus name Amen.         Amen..

A Word From Mrs. Juanita - "Inner Peace"

Good Morning Everyone,

Philippians 4: 6:  Be careful for nothing; but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your request be made known unto God.

Praying eliminates worry.   Paul learned how to be content in situations because he knew they were only temporary. If we trust in God He will bring all of His promises to past.  In whom or what have you placed your trust?... Turn your worries into prayers.

Make a list of your immediate needs and find scriptures and apply them to those needs.  Now trust God, Praise Him, and Watch Him for each of them.  God Bless.

Grant to us, O Lord, the royalty of inner Peace and the serenity which comes from living close to You.  Renew in us daily the sense of joy that spills over and is shared with all whom we meet.

Fill every corner of our lives with light and grace, so that, bearing with us the infection of a good courage, we may be diffusers of life, and may meet the ills we are bound to confront with gallant and high-hearted Joy and Peace, giving thanks to You always for the blessings You pour into us.

In Jesus Name we give You Praise. Amen....  Amen.

Mrs. Felicia's Prayer For Thursday, May 24, 2012

Dear Heavenly Father,

Thank You for Your love toward me. Lord, I ask You to place in me the same kind of love you have for the lost and the poor. I pray for the lost and ask You to work in the hearts of those who are seeking for You, yet are looking in the wrong places.

Father, I need a tender and understanding heart toward the poor.  May I be sensitive to Your leading so that I know where I should give, so that the poor are helped in the right way.

Lord, thank You for blessing me so that I can bless others.

I ask this in the precious name of Jesus. Amen.

A Word From Mrs. Juanita - "Continuous Application Spells Success!"

Good Morning Everyone,

John 8: 31-32 - v31: Then said Jesus to those Jews which believed on him, If ye continue in my word, then are ye my disciples indeed; 32: And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.

Perseverance may be defined as, the act of persevering; persistency; steadfastness; constancy; continued pursuit of an aim or and enterprise; persistency in any thing undertaken.

To all Graduates

"The King-Becoming Graces Are: Perseverance, Mercy, and Lowliness"...  Selah.  Whether in thought, art, invention, science or material progress, the price of the furrowed brow finds recompense in the Joy of "I have done this thing - the thing I set out to do!"

Special emphasis must be placed on efforts for self-improvement We get more from example than from precept; and we get more from experience than from both. The process is, desire, resolution, and determination.

If you have a will to do or to be, perseverance will see you through. No adage is truer than, "Procrastination is the thief of time." Depending on some one else, waiting on tomorrow, trusting to luck, have taken heavy toll, not only individually but collectively, for personal inefficiency is not only personal but collective Loss.

Self-improvement means community improvement. The way for us to reform the world is for us to reform ourselves...Selah!   Remember This:  Time waits for no man!  God Bless.

Father, in the name of Jesus, we lift in our prayers those who are Graduates and those who did not make it this time around - but remain Persistant. We pray for those who, through discouragement may have lost hope; for those for whom the future seems dark, and for those whom the current seems too strong to swim against.

Grant us the gifts of Grace and Love, that we may encourage them. Father,You will perfect that which concerns us, whether its our children, our finances, our health, and all our possessions we commit all concerns once and for all over on You.

You are able to guard and keep that which we have committed to You. You are more than enough!  Father, You are able to make all Grace, every Favor and earthly Blessing, come to us in Abundance. so that, we will always in all circumstances have whatever we need.  We thank You Father, in Jesus Name Amen.   Amen.

Mrs. Felicia's Prayer For Wednesday, May 23, 2012

Dear Heavenly Father,

Thank You for being patient with me in my trials. I have failed many of my tests the first time around, but because of Your love and mercy, I have been given another chance to overcome.

Each time You have strengthened me until I have been able to overcome the devil with his temptations. Lord, I do want to be conformed into Your image.

It seems so impossible, but You said that with You there is nothing impossible, so I am believing You to do the work in my life that is necessary so that I might overcome and please You.

Lord, be merciful and help all of us, Your children.

I ask this in the name of Jesus. Amen.

A Word From Mrs. Juanita - "Facing Life's Biggest Disappointment"

Good Morning Everyone, (It's Tuesday!  Happy Time!)

Proverbs 2: 1-2; 5: vs.1: My son, if you receive my words, and treasure my commandments within you, 2: So that you incline thine ear unto wisdom, and apply your heart to understanding. 5.Then you will understand the fear of the Lord, And find the knowledge of God.

Writing the Word on our hearts is a task that Only God can do. The part we play in the process is that we must submit to Him and study so that we can better understand what has been written. Selah...

It is a fact that our views and values in life are shaped not as much by the things that we see but rather they are shaped by how we see things.... Life is composed of Days, and these days As Good and Promising as they may start off can become painfully unpleasant......

*Paths that were so promising and perfect are now depleted and deficient. *Plans that were so precise and explicit can become faulty and vague. *Pillars that were so solid and sure may become unstable and shattering

No matter how Days can take a turn for what appears to be the worst, we can still get the best out of the worst days. There are so many things in life that all of us can classify as a Mystery,... But!  Even Life's Mysteries can be overcome with insight.... No matter what life brings our way the "Ground Rules" for dealing with each and every situation can be found in God's Word.    *Life is designed by God to be lived and not labeled. Selah. God Bless.

Loving Heavenly Father, You are so full of Compassion. Your unfailing Love comforts us. When we fall, you give us strength to get up again. Lord give us grace to trust You during all the in between times of any unpleasant days.

Father, we wait expectantly, trusting You to help us in every situation we are facing, because we are focused on the things that are not seen. You promised to keep us in perfect peace, if our mind is on You because we Love and we trust You.

Open our heart to hear Your sayings and we will talk of Your wonderful works. We will never cease to give You praise. In Jesus Name Amen.  Amen.

A Word From Mrs. Juanita - "Let's Get Started With "INTEGRITY! ! !"

Good Monday Everyone,

Gen. 41: 15; 16:   v.15: And Pharaoh said unto Joseph, I have dreamed a dream, and there is none that can interpret it: and I have heard say of thee, that thou canst understand a dream to interpret it. 16: And Joseph answered Pharaoh, saying, It is not in me: God shall give Pharaoh an answer of peace....

Silence is a privilege of all. No man can compel you to speak. You may refuse to write your thoughts or to utter your convictions. You are the Master of your lips. Your words are your own choosing. Therefore when you speak - be honest-be Truthful- be Sincere.... Remember, Integrity is an environment. Integrity has an aroma like deception has an odor. You can not put value on integrity.  God Bless.

O Loving God, who has given us the rest of the night, and who now sends us forth to the work of the day, guide us and direct us through this day we pray.  Holy One, help us to Work right,  so that every task may be done to bring Honor and Glory to Your Name. Help us to Speak Right, and Preserve us from too -Hasty Speech and too-cautious Silence...

Father, Help us to Think Right, and guard our minds and our hearts that no evil or bitter thoughts may form and pass our lips... Help us to live our lives to benefit those who have begun this day with You, and who desire to live every moment of it in Your Presence...

Father, Grant that today our lives may Shine like Lights of Love and Goodness in this world, that we may bring Honor and Credit to the name we bear... Father, remind us: "Whose we are and Whom we Seek to Serve...  This we ask in Your Precious Son's Name "Jesus".... Amen... Amen.

A Word From Mrs. Juanita - "Does It Stil Work???"

Good Morning Everyone,

(Psalms 119: 161-168) God's Word is Rewarding:  The Greatest Treasure with the Greatest Value in this world is not founded in some lost gold mine, or behind some wall, or even buried beneath some ocean. But!  It's within our Reach if we would just open the Word of God.... "The Word of God can and will bless our lives like nothing else can."   Because of this An Enriching Wealth of Knowledge that has been provided for us from the Word of God for our Benefit, there is no reason why any believer should not have an Unconditional kind of Commitment...  Selah.

This kind of Commitment brings Serenity *At times All of us worry about something* -  What would you give for just a minute of Peace??  If one continues to walk with God and yields his or her life over to the Word of God, they will have Great Peace. "A rich measure of well-being that lacks nothing!"  Real Peace is Not found in absence of conflicts, conditions, Or characters... Real Peace is Not found in the absence of trials, tragedies, nor tears...   But!  Real Peace is found in the Knowledge that regardless of what's going on in our lives that God is in Control.... *Real Peace is a Gift that gives us Confident Assurance under any circumstances...  John 14: 27- "Peace I Give unto you"  Phlip.4:6-7 -"If you want to Worry Less," Then - The solution is to "Pray More."  Selah.   ~God Bless~

Father, we lift before You these Your people who are New Creatures Predestined for Greatness. Jesus You have made unto us Wisdom, Righteousness, Sanctification, and Redemption, And we can do all things through Christ who Strengthens us. Lord, You are our Shepherd, and we do not want. You supplies all of our needs according to Your riches in glory by Christ Jesus. Father, we do not fear or have anxiety about anything, we do not have a care, because we pray about everything.  Father, we decide to walk by faith and practice faith, our faith comes by hearing and hearing by Your Word Who is the Author and Developer of our faith. Therefore, we keep ourselves in the Kingdom of Light, in Love, in the Word, and the wicked one touches us not.  Thank You father, Your Love Covers our hearts by the Holy Spirit and He abides in us richly this day and every day.  O Lord, we give You Praise and we Rest in this, "Your Peace". In Jesus Name Amen... Amen.

Dear Heavenly Father.

Thank you that I am well, and strong and able to work.  I do appreciate the work You have called me to do.  Lord, sometimes I do get weary, but help me not to complain. I am most blessed to be Your child and I thank You for Your abundant blessings in my life.  Many lack the blessings I have.  I am grateful that I am not hungry.
Lord, I pray for my brothers and sisters in the world that are experiencing those trials.  Protect them and provide for them.  I will not complain of my light afflictions when I think of many in the world that do not even have the essentials of a secure home.  Lord, use each of us who are Your children to reach out to those that do not have the blessings that we have.

I ask this in the name of Jesus. Amen.

A Word From Mrs. Juanita -"Surviving The Storm!"

Good Morning Everyone,

We All Know that God Has A Plan. God  has given beauty to the flower, strength to the mountain, majesty to the sea, dignity to the stars, swiftness to the light, glory to the sun, force to gravitation, and personality to man

Our God is a master designer!  Consider The Eye -What a Masterpiece!  The Ear - What a Masterpiece!  Design is written on every bud, branch, blossom, leaf, lily, rose, flower and blue bell.  Have you ever place a snowflake under a microscope? Wow! You Know, There can be no design without a designer. Hebrews 3: 4: "Every house is builded by some man - He who Built All Things Is God!"

What is the meaning of all this you ask? "Behold, the Lord's hand is not shorten, that it cannot save; neither His ear heavy that it cannot hear:"  No matter how bad the Storm; we have to be as David in Psalms 18:6 In my distress, "I called upon the Lord!". Remember, to survive the storms of life one must be Anchored to the Rock of Ages. Be Willing to Reach and this will Qualify you to Receive A Hand Up!  Be Blessed.

Holy One, Your eyes are over the righteous, and Your ears are open to our prayers. We delight ourselves in You and Your Word, and You put Your desires within our heart and You bring them to pass. We are confident that when the ground is shaking all around us, that underneath is Your Everlasting Arms. O Lord, give us The Peace that the World cannot give. When everything seems to be falling Apart, help us to be sensible, and to see that worrying does not make things better. Help us to Commit our ways to You because You are at work in us to Will and to do Your Good Pleasure. This day we make our schedule around Your Word - The Solid Foundation.

 In Jesus Name Amen.... Amen.

A Word From Mrs. Juanita - "Your Desert Classroom!"

Good Morning Everyone,

Are you wondering, "How did I ever get here?" Perhaps you have thought it many times as God continues to unfold His plan for your own spiritual training.  Don't Stress! !  Stand still and see the salvation of the Lord. There is much to be learned  in the classroom of the desert and its experience of solitude with God

It is there that we grasp how Great God is and how dependent on Him we are... Amen?

In the wilderness we begin to discover the alternative to our Angry, Self - Protecting ways.  Remember Moses desert experience? The consequences of murdering the Egyptian taskmaster-"God" drove him there. In the training ground of the desert is where Moses met with God. Not only is God aware of what is needed for our spiritual development, He is capable of providing it.  Selah.....  Be Blessed.

Father, we believe in our heart and say with our mouth that this day Your Will is done in our life. In our desert experiences Lord, we will walk in a manner Worthy of You;  fully pleasing;  desiring to please You in all things. Therefore, we will  bear fruit in every good work.

Jesus, Your Word declares, "You know the plans You have for us, Plans for our Welfare and not for evil, Plans to give us a future and a Hope."  Lord, our Hope is in You. You have made unto us Wisdom, and we single-mindedly walk in that wisdom expecting to Know what to do in every situation, and on top of every circumstance!

So, Father, we roll our work upon You, and You make our thoughts agreeable to Your Will, so that our plans are established and we will succeed. O Lord, Keep us Humble. We Love You...

Thank You Father, In Jesus Name We Give You Praise and All The Glory!  ....  Amen....   Amen...

A Word From Mrs. Juanita - "Growing In Him!"

Good Monday Everyone,

1 Peter 1: 7: That the trial of your faith, being much more precious than of gold that perisheth, though it be tried with fire, might be found unto praise and honour and glory at the appearing of Jesus Christ.

Trials teach us patience and helps us to grow to be the kind of people God wants. Your attitude may determine how long your trial last. Start evaluating your attitude today. Selah... Lets thank God for every trial in our life. We will trust God in perfecting and preparing us for the glorious inheritance that is laid up specifically for us. Amen? Amen...  God Bless.

Lord of our Life, whose love is ceaseless and whose concern for Your creation is boundless, we thank You for the start of another week with all its opportunities and challenges. We thank You for the possibility of new beginnings. Help us this week to put aside our worries about things that matter least and to attend to those things that matter most. Especially we ask for Your grace that we may show by the way we live that love for others that reflects Your Love for us. Father, we just praise You now for the Victory. In Jesus Name Amen.  Amen.

Mrs. Felicia's Prayer For Sunday May 13, 2012

Dear Heavenly Father,

I do want my ways to please You. Help me to walk in Your ways and obey Your Words. I know if You ask anything of me, it is for my good, even if I do not understand some things at the moment.

Lord, I cannot love my enemies in my own strength, I need Your supernatural love. Thank You, for fighting my battles for me. Help me to trust You more every day.

Lord, I bless my enemies right now with this prayer. Forgive those that would judge me wrongly and say unkind things against me.

Lord, deliver them and change their hearts so that they might know Your love and kindness. Help me to also not judge others, but pray for them and really love them the way You love them.

I ask this in the name of the Lord Jesus. Amen.

A Word From Mrs. Juanita - "In Quietness And In Confidence The Lord Shall Be Your Strength!"

Good Morning Everyone,

Proverbs 3:25-26: v.25: Be not afraid of sudden fear, neither of the desolation of the wicked, when it cometh. 26: For the LORD shall be thy confidence, and shall keep thy foot from being taken. God Bless.

"O Lord God, we place our trust in You - for You are our Confidence" Today!  We will not be shaken, not matter what the circumstances....

Holy One, Who Ordained that whatsoever is to be Desired should be sought by Honest labor, and Who, by Your blessing, brings Honest labor to a Good result

Father God, Look with Mercy upon our work this day. Grant us, Loving Father, to Desire and Design only what is right, and therefore what is Good. Give us Calmness of mind and Steadiness of Purpose, that we may do Your will in this short life as to obtain Joy in the world to come.
O God, we give You Praise! ! ! .......   In Jesus Name. Amen.

A Word From Mrs. Juanita - "When Faith Is Mixed With Doubt"

Good Morning Everyone,  (For those who mourn-God is with you & He is for you...selah!)

Psalms 42: 8-11: Yet the LORD will command his lovingkindness in the daytime, and in the night his song shall be with me, and my prayer unto the God of my life. 9: I will say unto God my rock, Why hast thou forgotten me?  why go I mourning because of the oppression of the enemy?  10: As with a sword in my bones, mine enemies reproach me; while they say daily unto me, Where is thy God?  11: Why art thou cast down, O my soul?  and why art thou disquieted within me?  hope thou in God: for I shall yet praise him, who is the health of my countenance, and my God.

Sometimes life's circumstances hurt so much, our faith is often mixed with doubt. When someone we love suddenly dies or they are killed, we cry out in our pain to God with questions: Lord, I don't understand You, Why did this happen now? Where Are You Lord?  God Answers: "Have you not known?  Have you not heard, that the Everlasting God, the LORD, the Creator of the ends of the earth, fainteth not, neither Am I weary?

You Cry, But Lord, I can't feel You close to me now, I am just numb, have you turned your back on me?  My Child, My understanding is Unsearchable.... "For My thoughts are not your thoughts and neither are My Ways your Ways ..... But Lord, "Have You forgotten me?

The Lord answers, "I lift up all who fall down and raise up all those who are bowed down. I am near to all who call upon Me and call upon Me in Truth... I will fulfill the desires of those who fear and obey me...

Lord, I believe You are ruler over all, but what about my pain? He answers, I Am Your High Priest; I Am touched with the feeling of your infirmitiest....

Know this, the answers God gives us in His Word may not take away our sadness, but we can always rest in the Truth that He is Wise, He is Sovereign, and He is Good.  Be Blessed.

Amen....  Amen.

Mrs. Felicia On "Loving Your Spouse With A Whole Heart!"

I'd like to share this with each and every one of you whether married or single.  Enjoy!

The passion and intimacy you wish you and your spouse could enjoy together isn't just a pike dream. This kind of marriage is within your reach. But it's possible only if you both devote yourselves wholeheartedly to your relationship - fully engaging and giving 100%, without reservation.
Here's how you can put your whole heart into your marriage:
Recognize where love comes from.   Do you find yourself thinking that you're not in love with your spouse anymore? Perhaps you feel like you just don't connect with your spouse. Maybe you feel alone, even though the two of you are still living under the same roof. Have you chosen to settle, compromise, or go into survival mode in your marriage?  Worse, have you given up and started looking for love somewhere else?
It doesn't have to be that way. No matter how discouraged you may feel, it's possible to experience love for your spouse again.  That's because love comes from God -- who is always willing to give you a fresh supply of it rather than keep it from you.  You don't have feel pressured to try to generate love for your spouse when you don't feel it.  All you need to do is go to God in prayer each day and ask Him to fill your heart with His love.
When you open your heart to God daily, you'll receive from Him all the love you need for both yourself and your spouse.  The love in your heart will naturally overflow into your relationship with your spouse.  So remember that God is the source of all love, and love is always available to you because it flows through you whenever you open your heart to God.

Open your heart.  In your marriage, the issue isn't love; it's the state of your heart.  Ask yourself daily: "Is my heart open or closed?"  If your heart is closed, your marriage will start to shut down because you're blocking the flow of God's love into it.  But if you open your heart to God and keep it open every day, you'll be inviting God to pour out His love through you into your marriage.
Give your heart a voice. Become aware of the emotions you're experiencing, and learn how to manage them in healthy ways.  Keep in mind that God has designed your emotions to work together with your thoughts so you can make the best possible decisions.  Your emotions give you valuable information that you can then process through your thoughts.

Ask God to help you to accurately identify what you're feeling each day in various situations.

Rather than judging your emotions, consider what they are trying to tell you. When you feel frustration, joy, sadness, hurt, fear, or any other type of emotion, what does that mean?
Once you've figured out what you're feeling and why you're feeling it, start guiding your emotions toward what you want to feel in your marriage.

·   Identify your specific desires for your marriage. Then, instead of expecting your spouse to give you what you want (because anyone can fall short from time to time), turn to God with your desires.  Regularly pray about what you want your marriage to be like, and trust God to bring about the transformation for which you're hoping, as long as you and your spouse cooperate with Him.

·   Bring your negative emotions to God and ask Him to replace them with positive emotions in your life.

·   Whenever your emotions get stirred up, rather than blaming your spouse, consider what you may be doing yourself to intensify your own feelings.  Look at your thoughts and thought patterns, interpretations, judgments, perceptions, expectations, fears, past hurts, beliefs, family-of-origin issues, and anything else that may be affecting your emotions.  Then consider how you can best respond to your emotions.

·   Avoid unhealthy actions like ignoring, suppressing, judging, or minimizing your feelings; viewing your feelings as facts; impulsively acting on them; or spewing them on others.

·   Figure out some healthy responses from which you could choose to manage any emotion that comes your way: taking deep breaths, praying, going for a walk, go swimming, talking to a friend/family member, cleaning your house, reading a book, etc.

Deal with a wounded heart.   Life in this fallen world wounds you and your spouse's hearts by attacking them with false messages (such as: "You're not valuable"). The messages on your hearts affect how you see yourselves and how you interact with the world.
  ·   Ask God to help you identify the false messages that have attacked your hearts and wound them.

·   Does your heart make you feel: rejected, abandoned, disconnected, a failure, helpless, powerless, inadequate, inferior, invalidated, unloved, undesirable, worthless, judged, ignored, unimportant, misunderstood, disrespected, defective, or some other harmful message?

·   Then replace those lies with biblical truth.

·   Search the Bible for specific verses that line up against the lies with which you've been struggling, and memorize those verses.

·   Pray for the Holy Spirit to renew your mind so you can see yourself from God's perspective and think right thoughts about yourself.

·   Talk to some people you trust (such as friends, mentors, or a psychologist) for counsel and encouragement.

·   Care for your heart by nurturing yourself (such as by maintaining a close prayer connection to God, nurturing healthy friendships, setting healthy boundaries in your life, journal your feelings, eating whenever you're hungry, and sleeping whenever you're tired).

Deal with a fearful heart. Create an emotionally safe environment for you and your spouse to relate to each other, so both of you feel safe to truly open up and be known at a deep, intimate level.  Each of you should be able to open and reveal who you really are and know that your spouse will still love, understand, accept, and value you no matter what.
Avoid behaviors that erode trust, like:

·   Criticism, angry reactions, threats, withdrawal, sarcasm, broken promises, nagging, judgment, harsh words, defensiveness, manipulation, teasing, deception, negative assumptions and jumping to conclusions, bringing up the past over and over, and refusing to forgive.

·   Recognize your spouse's value.

·   Ask God to help you honor your spouse -- no matter what -- because he is God's priceless gift to you and has a position in your life that's worthy of great respect. Treat your spouse in valuable ways, such as by: praying for and with your spouse, listening to your spouse with your full attention, validating your spouse's feelings, considering your spouse's point of view, notice your spouse's good qualities, thank your spouse for what he does for you, serve your spouse in ways that are meaningful for him, honor your spouse's boundaries, spend lots of time with your spouse, be honest and trustworthy with your spouse, forgive your spouse, and reassure your spouse of your unconditional love for him.

Deal with an exhausted heart. If you don't intentionally plan regular time with your spouse and time to recharge yourself, the busyness of life will take over and your marriage will suffer.
  ·   Slow down the pace of your lifestyle and simplify your schedule.

·   Build in plenty of time for rest, reflection, and prayer. Learn when and how to say "no" to pursuits that don't relate directly to your core values, so you'll be free to focus on what's most important and let the rest go.

·   Get rid of stuff that clutters your house and demands your time and energy to deal with it.  Refuse to allow our culture's standards to define your value by what you look like, what you do, or what you own.

·   Find your true value in the fact that God has made you and redeemed you, and He loves you.

·   Ask God to help you become whole and full emotionally, spiritually, mentally, and physically so you'll have the energy and resources necessary to love your spouse fully and unconditionally.

Fight for your spouse's heart. Conflict is inevitable in marriage. But it doesn't have to harm your relationship; it can actually strengthen it.  If you and your spouse respond to conflict in a healthy way, conflict will become the doorway to intimacy between you because it will deepen your understanding of each other.
  ·   Consider how both you and your spouse tend to react to conflict now.

·   Responding with "fight" behavior -- defensiveness, anger, going into fix-it mode, escalation, criticism, sarcasm, blame, or belittling comments won't promote the intimate connections you want to make.  Neither will responding with "flight" behavior: withdrawal, negative beliefs, shut-down mode, isolation, numbing out, over-functioning, stonewalling, or passive-aggressive behavior.

·   Instead of becoming your spouse's adversary in conflict and causing your hearts to close to each other, open your hearts to God.

·   Pray for the ability to embrace, appreciate, and deal with you and your spouse's differences in healthy ways. Ask God to show you what emotional buttons your spouse is pushing through the conflict and how that makes you feel.  Also ask God to reveal how you're pushing your spouse's emotional buttons through the conflict.  Then pray for the power you need to gain control over the conflict and use it to accomplish something constructive in your relationship.

Care for your spouse's heart. Your spouse has an amazingly valuable and incredibly vulnerable heart, just as you do.
·   Keep the promise you made in your wedding vows to care for each other.

·   Communicate to understand by agreeing on when it's a good time to talk, agreeing on the goal of each conversation (connecting emotionally, or trying to fix something), and checking during the conversation to make sure you're still both staying on track and understanding each other.

·   Avoid communication pitfalls, such as trying to figure out: who is right or wrong, who is to blame or at fault, and what was said or what really happened.

·   Avoid destructive behaviors like: criticism, contempt, defensiveness, and stonewalling. During difficult interactions, say to your spouse: "Help me understand" so he knows you truly care.

·   Ask God to open the eyes of your heart toward your spouse and give you compassion for him.
·   Respect how valuable and vulnerable your spouse's heart is by treating it gently.

·   Set aside your temptation to blame your spouse and focus on simply caring for him instead.

·   Express empathy ("I feel what you're feeling, and I want to share in your joy or pain.") and validation ("What you're feeling matters to me and you matter to me. ") toward your spouse.

Speak to your spouse's heart. Give your spouse words of encouragement every day.
  ·   Honor, motivate, and call out your spouse's spiritual gifts and natural talents.

·   Find out what wounds and fear your spouse is struggling with, and what you can say to encourage your spouse to pursue healing.

·   Consider people's most common intimacy needs -- acceptance, affection, appreciation, approval, attention, comfort, encouragement, respect, security, and support and do what you can to help meet your spouse's intimacy needs through your marriage.

·   Understand people's love languages -- words of affirmation, quality time, receiving gifts, acts of service, and physical touch and express your love for your spouse in ways that best speak his specific love language.

Celebrate with your spouse's heart. Bring fun and laughter into your marriage often. Humor increases intimacy, reduces stress, and increases positive emotions. Intentionally turn toward your spouse each day to help prevent drifting apart.  Spend as much time as you can together.
  ·   As much as possible, do your everyday chores and errands together rather than separately.

·   Pray with your spouse often. Share your dreams with each other regularly.

·   Schedule dates whenever you can.

·   Talk frequently about what God is doing in each of your lives.

·   Learn something new together, such as through trying a new activity or taking a class.

·   Serve others together by doing volunteer work side-by-side.

·   Surprise your spouse by doing something unexpected every now and then (such as by playing a loving practical joke on him or planning a romantic getaway trip).

Reminisce about the positive events that have happened over the course of your marriage, and recall what qualities about each other first attracted you to each other. Protect your fun activities from being ruined by conflict by agreeing to talk about issues at other times instead of while you're trying to have fun together.
Be Blessed And Love Your Spouse With A Whole Heart!
 Ephesians 5:21-25
 Submitting yourselves one to another in the fear of God. Wives, submit yourselves unto your own husbands, as unto the Lord. For the husband is the head of the wife, even as Christ is the head of the church: and he is the saviour of the body. Therefore as the church is subject unto Christ, so let the wives be to their own husbands in every thing. Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the church, and gave himself for it;
