future with hope." Jer. 29:11. Be kind to yourself this week
end. Take time to eat well, get sufficient sleep and exercise, and
renew your physical and emotional energy. Don't beat yourself up. God really
Love you. Expect Good! Amen?

Holy One, we
are Greatly Blessed, and are thankful for all the things that Encourage and
Cheer us in dark days: for the Love of friends, for
those near and dear to us, for the innocence and laughter of
children, for the Prayers of others, some of them far
away in the east or west. We thank You for Your Word with all its
Gracious Promises, for the Assurance that
Faith and Hope and love will be vindicated at the
last, and that No evil can destroy Beauty orTruth
or Goodness. In Jesus Name. Amen. Amen.
