A Word From Mrs. Juanita - "The Frustrations Of Pleasure!"

Good Morning Everyone, Job 36: 11-12:  v.11: If they obey and serve him, they shall spend their days in prosperity, and their years in pleasures.
12: But if they obey not, they shall perish by the sword, and they shall die without knowledge.

How many of us go through life like Solomon: Disgusted because the very things that we thought would bring meaning and joy to our lives have been a total disappointment. Proverbs 14: 13 - Even in laughter the heart is sorrowful; and the end of that mirth is heaviness. Solomon makes it clear that there is nothing wrong with innocent fun, but the person who attempts to build any of their life on seeking pleasure is one who is doomed for Great disappointments. "Don't get caught up in the hype" when it comes to the misnomers about pleasure and life because all that pleasure can do for anyone is serve in a temporary capacity. In other words, pleasure is Not the Solution to any of life's problems Nor can it provide any Lasting easement. The best thing that pleasure can do is produce a Shallow form of entertainment. Pleasure has its Enticements... Pleasure has its own unique way of getting us Engaged, Entangled and finally Entrapped, by simply appealing to our desires! Pleasure always Presents  itself as something that you Can't afford to miss in life if you are really interested in having a happy life.....Don't be deceived! ! ! !   Just Be Blessed! ! !  Enjoy Your Week End Remembering The Cross Of Christ!

Father, Your Word says,"For All that is in the world," the lust of the Flesh, and the lust of the Eyes, and the Pride of life, is Not of the Father, But is of the world. And the world passeth away, and the Lust thereof: But he that does the Will of God abides forever." Father, we know and understand that no matter what pleasure in life we might find ourselves entangled in, - the fact is that Pleasure comes with its own special allurements. Holy Spirit, Remove from our lives everything that is Not of You. Thank You for Perfecting Your Word in us. Father,thoroughly furnish us unto All Good Works. Our lives are blessed by the expressions of friendship and love by which others have enriched us, as they offered  unexpected gifts that warmed our hearts, softened the pain of our sadness, or told us in their own ways how special we are. Father, Give us the grace today to offer such gifts of friendship to others. And Lord, by the Power of the Holy Spirit,  Remind us that we will Fall into temptations when we don't stand against it...   In Jesus Name we give You Praise Amen...
